Job summary

CareLinx, part of Sharecare, Inc., is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical care in clients’ homes. You’ll set your availability via the CareLinx app and match with clients who fit your schedule and preferences.

We offer part-time or per-diem shifts with on-site client homes, focusing on compassionate, reliable care and privacy. English communication is required; a background check is required for all applicants.

Qualifications

• 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual encouraged)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Completion of program-specific training and TB test/physical as required by state or client contract.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check if driving shifts are accepted

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Additional shift opportunities based on client needs: transportation/errand support, hospital discharge escort, telehealth navigation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
