Quality Talent Group represents a premier healthcare system in Ohio seeking an experienced RN for full-time, day and night shifts. The role covers acute care and rehab settings with a strong emphasis on comprehensive patient care.

You will perform telemetry, administer IV meds and blood products, conduct neurological assessments, educate patients and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet mobility and rehab goals.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
