Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a client hospital in Ohio to recruit an experienced RN for inpatient care. The role covers adult acute and rehab settings with telemetry monitoring and comprehensive patient education.

The candidate should hold an active Ohio RN license, have completed an accredited nursing program, and maintain BLS. A sign-on bonus is available and scheduling is flexible.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
