Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a major Ohio healthcare system seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day and night shifts in Fairview Park.

You will provide direct nursing care for adults in acute care and rehab, perform telemetry, administer IV medications and pain management therapies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ohio RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.

Education
