Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our state-of-the-art, freestanding emergency room in Lakeway, near Austin. The RN will deliver direct patient care, administer treatments and medications, and work within an interdisciplinary team to craft individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas RN license, have at least 2 years in emergency room settings, and possess BLS/ACLS/PALS through the American Heart Association.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nursing License in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS through American Heart Association.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Support patient and family education and communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Document pertinent data concisely.
• Manage high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent patient care.

What we’re looking for:
