Job summary

Complete Care in Lakeway, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse for the 7am–7pm full-time ER shift. The role requires two years of ER experience, Texas RN licensure in good standing, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

You will join a dedicated team providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and maintaining precise documentation in the EMR while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• Must have two years of ER nursing experience.
• Current Texas Nursing License in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Proficient with EMR/EPM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Support patient and family education and communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Document pertinent data concisely in the EMR.
• Perform well in high-pressure ER environments while ensuring quality care.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications

What we're looking for:

• Current Texas Nursing License in good standing
• have 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
