Job summary

Complete Care Austin is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for our freestanding ER in Austin, TX. The full-time night shift offers fast, accurate, patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment with a strong clinical team.

Schedule is 7pm to 7am, with competitive pay ranging from $30.00 to $51.00 per hour plus shift differentials. You will work with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Current Texas RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
• Strong computer skills including EMR or EPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during emergency conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol.
• Document assessments, vitals, and interventions with accuracy.
• Support patient and family communication and education.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and charting standards.
• Work in high pressure situations while maintaining excellent care.

This full time night shift role is ideal for a skilled ER nurse who delivers fast, accurate, patient focused care in a high acuity environment.
