Job summary

Complete Care in Southlake, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 7am–7pm ER team. This full-time days role requires compassion, quick decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy emergency department.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain meticulous documentation in EMR/EPM systems, while meeting regulatory standards and delivering safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nursing License in good standing.
• 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
• Support patient and family education and communication
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Document pertinent data in a concise manner
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintain excellent patient care
