Job summary

Complete Care in Tyler, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced, free-standing emergency department on flexible day and night shifts. This PRN role requires two years of ER experience and the ability to work across shifts in a supportive, patient-focused team.

You’ll provide direct patient care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation in our EMR systems, contributing to high-quality outcomes in a dynamic ER

Qualifications

• Must have Texas Nursing License in good standing.
• Must have two years of ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and EMR/EPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Support patient and family education and communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Document pertinent data concisely in the EMR/EPM system.
• Handle high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent patient care.

What we’re looking for:
