Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our evening shift team at our skilled nursing facility in Jonesburg, MO. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care during the evening hours.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor residents, administer medications, document care, and participate in quality improvement efforts. MO RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current and in-good-standing RN licensure in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and wound care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to family and healthcare professionals.
