Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team providing resident-centered care. You will contribute to a warm, person-centered environment where residents receive high-quality support and individualized plans.

You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care while supporting families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or related field) required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors, including medication administration, wound care, and daily living assistance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Promote open communication and teamwork to maintain a positive work environment.
