Job summary

Aspire Senior Living East Prairie is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team on a full-time night shift. This 12-hour schedule includes rotating weekends, with a new increased shift differential program offering up to $4/hour.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and contribute to personalized care plans while collaborating with families and the healthcare team to ensure seamless resident care.

Qualifications

• Current and good standing MO RN license.
• Experience in LTC or senior living preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
• Communicate with residents, families and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
• Demonstrate customer service and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services
• Demonstrating a commitment to customer service and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
• Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC)/Senior living or related field preferred
