Job summary

Aspire Senior Living East Prairie in East Prairie, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for full-time night shifts with rotating weekends. New increased shift differential up to $4/hr applies to eligible positions.

You will provide direct resident care, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with families and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care. LTC experience preferred and Missouri RN license required.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medications administration, treatments, and vital signs monitoring.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, a skilled nursing facility located in East Prairie, MO. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services

• Demonstrating a commitment to customer service and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

• Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC)/Senior living or related field preferred
