Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Personal Care Services in Jefferson City, MO. You will deliver high-quality in-home care, reporting to the Clinical Supervisor and coordinating with a team to ensure the right care at the right time.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or on-call, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Travel up to 50% in Audrian, Boone and Gasconade counties, with competitive benefits and opportunities for ongoing education.

What Is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing




• Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN)




• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting




• Hospice or home health experience preferred




• Passion for patient care and excellence




• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks




• Ability to travel up to 50%




• You will report to the Clinical Supervisor
