Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to deliver in-home care with dedication and compassion. The RN will assess patients, implement plans of care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a current RN license, 1+ year of clinical experience, and a willingness to travel between patient homes while upholding HIPAA privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
