Elara Caring in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Personal Care Services to provide compassionate, skilled in-home care three days a week from 8am to 5pm.

You will deliver 1:1 patient care, coordinate with a Clinical Supervisor, travel to patient homes up to 50%, report changes, and uphold quality standards while offering support to patients and families.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current MO RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and have reliable transportation.
• Report to Clinical Supervisor.

Location: Jefferson City, MO - Audrian, Boone and Gasconade County

Schedule: Part Time - Must be willing to commit to 3 days M-F from 8-5

What Is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Passion for patient care and excellence
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• You will report to the Clinical Supervisor
