Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse RN for home health in Michigan. You will deliver patient care across the full continuum, ensuring right care at the right time and place.

The role supports flexible schedules, 1:1 patient interactions, and a collaborative team environment under a Clinical Supervisor. Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (certificate, diploma, associate, or baccalaureate).
• Current State RN license.
• 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patient transfers.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
• 50% travel required.

What is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse RN
• 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred
• Passion for patient care
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
• 50% travel

You will report to the Clinical Supervisor.
