Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts in Grand Junction, CO. We provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting and are expanding our team to deliver the highest level of care.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Background check and CAPS/Colorado checks will be conducted.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• supervise nurse assistants and ensure patient-centered care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
