Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses for part-time and PRN roles in Grand Junction, Colorado. Shifts available are 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, supporting our skilled nursing residents with nursing services, medications, and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado RN license
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check and criminal background check
• LTC/SNF experience is a plus

• Collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered care and maintain safety and quality standards

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado

CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range: $38-$46
