Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring dedicated full-time Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts run 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am, with opportunities to impact patient care across our facility.

You will provide RN nursing services, possibly supervise nurse assistants, administer medications and treatments, and contribute to a patient-centered care plan. Colorado licensed RNs with CPR are preferred, and LTC/SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (Colorado CAPS background check).
• LTC/SNF experience is a plus.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado

CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Experience in a LTC/SNF a plus!

Rate Range: $38-$46
