Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to patients in their homes. You will assess needs, implement plans, and educate families while ensuring privacy and compliance with HIPAA.

The position requires an RN license, 1+ year clinical experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is essential for traveling between patient homes.

Qualifikationen

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
