Job summary

Elara Caring in Indiana seeks a Registered Nurse Home Health to join our team providing Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place. You will assess patients, complete initial and ongoing assessments, and administer care per the care plan and physician orders.

You will protect patient privacy, monitor conditions, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team. A valid RN license and 1+ year of nursing experience are required; home health experience is preferred, with

As a Registered Nurse Home Health ,you’llcontribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
