Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to join our dedicated team delivering care in patients' homes across Missouri.

The ideal candidate will assess needs, develop plans, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, quality care. A valid RN license and 1+ year clinical experience are required; home health experience preferred but not required. We offer comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate/Diploma/Associates/Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move patients/equipment.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health , you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Assessing patients to determine their care needs.

• Completing initial and ongoing patient assessments.

• Protecting patient and staff privacy in accordance with HIPAA.

• Providing nursing care according to the plan of care and physician orders.

• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the care team.

• Helping ensure quality, safe, and continuous patient care.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.

• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.

• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment

• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
