Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to contribute to superior in-home care. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing assessments, and deliver nursing care according to physician orders, while protecting privacy under HIPAA.

Responsibilities include monitoring conditions, educating patients and families, acting on changes, and ensuring high-quality, safe care across patient homes, with travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, ASN or BSN).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including patient transfer.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
