Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare is seeking compassionate RNs to join our long-term care team in Texas. You will deliver direct nursing care, develop and direct care plans, and ensure compliance with all policies and physician orders. A $3,200 sign-on bonus is offered.

We value strong communication, leadership, and organization as you oversee nursing staff, coordinate with care teams, and provide CPR/emergency support when needed. An associates degree in nursing and active Texas license are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; 2 years LTC experience preferred.
• 6 months rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience preferred; strong PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with nurse practice act and facility policies.
• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and direct the resident's plan of care as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, policies, and nursing standards.
• Provide prompt emergency support measures, including CPR.
• Supervise nurse aides and coordinate with staff to maintain care quality.
