Job summary

Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Coopersburg, PA is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurses to join our growing nursing team.

Responsibilities include directing and supervising CNAs and other nursing staff, administering medications, completing resident assessments and clinical documentation, monitoring residents, and communicating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• Current and active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
