Job summary

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; develop and implement nursing policies and individualized care plans; coordinate with physicians; ensure accurate documentation; manage medications and supplies; and participate in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Minimum supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that our high standards of care are met, and our patients receive the best possible outcome.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide exceptional patient care

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility goals
