Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Coopersburg, PA is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurses to join our growing nursing team.

Valley Manor provides post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and short-term and long-term care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise CNAs and other nursing staff
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete resident assessments and clinical documentation
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
