Qualifications

  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments per orders.
  • Respond to changes in resident condition promptly.
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants and staff.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assist with care planning and care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Support resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and facility procedures.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions

  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

  • Responding appropriately to changes in resident condition

  • Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and nursing staff

  • Collaborating with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Assisting with care planning, assessments, and resident care coordination

  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

  • Supporting resident safety, dignity, and quality of care

  • Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and facility procedures

What We’re Looking For:
  • Current RN license

  • CPR/BLS Certification preferred

  • Previous nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care

  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
