Job summary

Sterling Healthcare Management is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, lead the nursing team on your shift, and coordinate with physicians to support daily wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in long-term care and geriatric settings preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and perform basic skilled procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and skilled procedures.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs on your shift.
• Communicate with residents, families, and attending physicians.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
