Community Bridges, Inc. in Arizona is seeking an RN Manager to provide clinical oversight and strategic leadership across multiple clinic sites.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and collaborate with physicians and executives to align clinical operations with organizational goals. The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, active RN licensure in Arizona, and at least two years managing a health care facility, plus three years clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing with RN licensure in state of practice (Arizona).
• Two+ years' experience managing a health care facility and operations.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience related to patient populations.
• Demonstrated leadership including staff and budget management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with physicians and staff.

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

This position plans and provides clinical oversight and support to staff and patient care to multiple clinic sites. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area. Provides leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the region.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree. Master's preferred
• Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems, and policies, procedures, and processes as normally demonstrated through a minimum of two years' experience in managing a health care facility.
• Must possess at least 3 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population.
• Leadership experience should include management of staff and budgets.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have the ability to successfully and positively interact with physicians and employees at all levels throughout the organization.
• Must possess licensure as a professional nurse (RN) in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support
