Job summary

CivicMinds, Inc in Arizona is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. You will deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Arizona or a compact state.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Previous Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per nursing standards.
• Provide safe, evidence-based care to diverse medical/surgical patients.
• Monitor status, administer medications, perform nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
