We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Unit. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care as part of a collaborative Medical-Surgical Unit team.
- Lead assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans to support recovery and positive outcomes.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and adapt to fast-paced clinical environments.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a Compact State license, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Willingness to obtain Basic EKG competency within the first 3 months and complete a De-escalation Techniques course within 6 months.
- Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical unit is strongly preferred; ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and deliver patient-centered care.
Compensation and Benefits
- Sign-on bonus: $15,000
- Relocation bonus: $4,000
- Competitive hourly pay range: $32.00 – $45.69
