Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and other prescribed interventions safely.
• Provide wound care and post-operative support.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection control and safety standards.

Education & Experience:

1-2 years of medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience preferred.

Experience caring for post-surgical and medically complex patients is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

BLS certification required.

ACLS certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
