Requirements include an active RN license, 2+ years Med Surg experience, and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems. BSN preferred, with strong communication and critical thinking skills essential.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and computer data entry skills.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technological skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with strong critical thinking, time management, and decision-making abilities.
