Job summary

RoseWood Village Hollymead in Charlottesville, VA is hiring Registered Medication Aides (RMA) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. The position offers $19.00–$22.00/hour based on experience with walk-in interview days every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM for 1st shifts, with added PT and PRN options. Join a team that values residents, education, benefits, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Medication Aide / RMA certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications according to Virginia guidelines.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Work closely with nursing and resident care teams.
• Provide compassionate care in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
