Job summary

Homecare Gurus Ltd is seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our growing homecare service. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver person-centred care for clients and carers.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of CQC requirements, and the ability to drive improvements while working in a hybrid, flexible environment at our High Wycombe office and with field visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Registered Manager or senior manager in domiciliary/homecare.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and adult social care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Flexible Working We offer some flexibility for remote working, depending on operational requirements. However, the role requires flexibility to attend the office, visit clients and support the team when needed.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our homecare services, ensuring excellent care delivery, regulatory compliance and a positive experience for both clients and carerworkers.
