Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to join our Midlands team, we're looking for someone who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.

Evergreen is an 8 -bed residential service in specialising in support for adults with an acquired brain injury & mental health.Our home currently has 5 adults living here, our goal is to grow our occupancy through strong relationship building.

You'll manage a small, but skilled team who are truly invested in supporting vulnerable adults through person-centered care. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager & Divisional Manager, as well as, our Clinical team of Neuro-Psychologists, Specialist Nurses in Learning Disabilities & Mental Health.

We are looking for a Manger who:

• Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within Residential care
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within an Complex Needs setting
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
• Salary - up to £45,000 per annum
• Bonus Scheme- Earn 21% of your salary
