Highlands Lake Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to enhance residents' health through individualized nutrition care. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and educate residents, families, and staff as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes adherence to dietary regulations, coordination with nursing and therapy teams, and coverage obligations across facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires Licensed RD in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Experience in long-term care/SNF preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents’ nutritional needs in an SNF.
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
• Counsel and educate residents, families, and staff.
