Highlands Lake Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to enhance residents' health through individualized nutrition care. Qualifications

• Requires Licensed RD in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Experience in long-term care/SNF preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team in our long‑term care setting, where you will play a vital role in improving residents’ health through individualized nutrition care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the nutritional needs of residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
• Partner with nursing, therapy, and dietary staff to ensure coordinated care
• Document assessments, progress, and updates in medical records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and SNF dietary regulations
• Support food service operations to maintain safety, quality, and satisfaction
• Expected to provide coverage for two additional facilities

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Prior experience in long‑term care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Resident-centered approach to care
