Fairway Oaks Center in Florida is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to deliver nutrition care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will assess residents' nutritional needs, develop personalized care plans, and educate residents, families, and staff.

You will collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to coordinate care, document progress in records, and ensure compliance with regulations. A licensed RD with strong communication and a resident-centered approach is required; SNF

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Prior experience in long-term care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Resident-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the nutritional needs of residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide counseling and education to residents, families, and staff.
• Partner with nursing, therapy, and dietary staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Document assessments, progress, and updates in medical records; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support food service operations to maintain safety, quality, and satisfaction.
