Job summary

Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky PACE in Florence, KY is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our start-up PACE program. This is a hands-on clinical and program role focused on nutrition, menu planning, counseling, and therapeutic diets.

You will be part of the Interdisciplinary Team, assess nutritional needs, educate participants, support dining operations, and help grow a mission-driven program that improves elder care in the community.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) eligible to practice in Kentucky.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Follow care plans and orders approved by the IDT.
• Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before direct participant contact.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional needs and develop nutritional care plans.
• Work as part of the Interdisciplinary Team and monitor participant weights and diagnoses.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education to participants.
• Oversee dining program from menu planning to serving meals.
• Monitor meals for intake and diet compliance.
