Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) seeks a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will evaluate residents' needs, document care plans in EMR, provide education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance as required.
• RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• Multi-site RD may require valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure CMS/State/Federal regulations and company standards compliance.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
