MediLodge of Farmington and Plymouth is seeking a Registered Dietitian to assess and plan nutritional care for residents in alignment with applicable standards and regulations. You will collaborate with the Food Service Director/Manager to ensure high-quality nutrition care and dining experiences while supporting growth and patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, daily impact on residents, and competitive compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license or certification as mandated by the employed state.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care and geriatric nutrition preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain clinical nutrition documentation per policy and federal/state regulations.
• Ensure assessments and progress notes are accurate and descriptive in medical records.
• Complete documentation within required timeframes and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate plans of care.
• Involve resident and family in planning objectives and goals.
• Coordinate menu reviews with Food Service Director to meet dietary needs.
• Monitor food temperatures and distribution of meals and nourishments.
