Elior Living in Leesport is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join our healthcare team at Berks Heim Nursing & Rehab. You will assess nutritional needs of patients/residents, initiate interventions to maintain nutrition status, and contribute to quality of life aligned with each resident’s goals.

You will educate staff, follow dietetics standards, and collaborate across departments to implement dining services policies while supporting continuous quality improvement.

Formación

• CDR national exam completed or eligible per Academy standards.
• Completes 75 hours CE every five years via portfolio process.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients, residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures and policies related to dining and nutrition.
• Actively participate in QA/QI initiatives and program improvements.
