Job summary

Healthcare Services Group is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and provide education to patients and staff.

The role requires regulatory compliance, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and coverage across multiple buildings as needed. RD eligibility and active licensure are required, with nursing home experience and knowledge of state survey processes preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration with active licensure.
• RD-eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• Proficiency in state survey processes and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Must maintain professionalism and effective daily task management.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutrition needs of residents and document plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure CMS/state regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
