Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and provide nutrition education while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.

This role offers Monday–Friday work with flexible schedules. RD licensure in good standing is required, and HCSG supports professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of sanitation and nutrition care regulations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance as required by state/local/customers.
• If multi-site RD, must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plan in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
