Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutritional services in a long-term care facility. The role features Monday–Friday schedules and flexibility to support resident care and program compliance.

You will assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, educate residents and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to CMS/state regulations. Flexible coverage across locations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition care regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude; effective communication with staff, administration and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
• If multi-site, must have a valid Driver's License.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Aufgaben

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents'/patients health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
