Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. Pay starts at $30.00 per hour and will increase based on experience.
Monday–Friday with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within the organization. This role includes a $2,500 retention bonus and a range of benefits such as free telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, daily pay with EarnedIt, and career development support.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with valid certification/license in state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliant nutrition care (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents/patients' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and lab results.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
