Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess nutritional needs, plan and document care in the EMR, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve resident health.

Starting pay is $30.00 per hour with increases by experience. Weekly hours are Mon–Fri with flexible schedules. A $2,000 retention bonus and a range of employee benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with current licensure in the practice state.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with CMS/state nutrition care regulations is preferred.
• RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
